Could we pull in unused chairs from the small conference room (assuming it is not reserved that day) for part of the meeting? There is a chance we could have more than 12 attendees during the lunch hour only. I think we could squeeze in a few additional chairs and still be comfortable. I could also bring rolling chairs from our suite, as an alternative. Thank you!
