One Union National Plaza provides several amenities that contribute to the sense of community, which is a top priority. Our ground floor offers a coffee shop & café, a popular breakfast and lunch “hot spot” to the downtown community; a retail shop and U.S. Post Office where patrons can pick up anything from their favorite snack to office supplies, to that important greeting card for Boss’s Day, and most recently lottery tickets; and a claims center for the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, one of only four claims centers in the state where Lottery winners over $500 must go to redeem their winning tickets.

Our 8th & 16th floors provide spacious break rooms, furnished with tables and chairs, vending machines and offers a wide variety of snack foods and drinks; each break room provides a microwave oven and a sink for the convenience of the tenants and their guests.

On the 7th floor, we invite our tenants to use, free of charge, their choice of two conference rooms available by reservation, with both phone service and wireless internet.

One uniquely different amenity available is valet parking for the tenants and their guests. Tenants are encouraged to validate parking for their guests/clients and then they are billed monthly for validated charges.

For an added convenience to the tenants, the building offers an on-site, climate controlled storage facility, providing security, privacy and ready access for those who must maintain an abundance of files and documents.

Furthermore, One Union Plaza offers 24/7 on-site security, as well as 5-day a week nightly janitorial service. A day maid and porter ensure that restrooms remain stocked and clean, and the grounds litter-free throughout the day.

Building ingress and elevator access is controlled by a card-key system which allows for the flexibility in restricting access after-hours and/or implementing a “lock-down” in the event of a crisis.
